This is one of my favorite abstract renditions of Mary titled, "Queen of Peace." When I picture Mary adorned in color, it's every color under the sun, hence this wide array of colors splashed across the canvas.
This vibrant piece combines soft, flowing colors with symbolic imagery, featuring the Holy Spirit descending in gentle form and an olive branch, the timeless symbol of peace, woven together amongst watercolor and ink mediums.
