Colors by Natalie products are covered by a 30 day post-order guarantee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you receive your product and are unsatisfied for any reason, you can reach out to us at support@colorsbynatalie.art and we will process your request. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
- All return shipping will be paid for by the customer. Refunds will be paid out to customer upon inspection of the product by Colors by Natalie
- To assure your refund, please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are exempt from being returned, such as Gift Cards and Sale items.
