RETURN & REFUND INFORMATION

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have problems with your order, please contact us directly.

1. returns and exchanges

Colors by Natalie products are covered by a 30 day post-order guarantee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

 

If you receive your product and are unsatisfied for any reason, you can reach out to us at support@colorsbynatalie.art and we will process your request. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. 

  • All return shipping will be paid for by the customer. Refunds will be paid out to customer upon inspection of the product by Colors by Natalie
  • To assure your refund, please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  • Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some items are exempt from being returned, such as Gift Cards and Sale items.

2. damages and issues

If your product comes damaged in any way, please reach out to us at support@colorsbynatalie.art within 30 day post-order and we will work together to either issue a refund or a replacement of the item.

  • When emailing us, please include pictures of the damaged product as well as the packaging it arrived in.
  • We will inspect the product and its damage. Once verified, we will either issue a refund or a replacement product to be sent to your home.
  • The original/damaged product may (under our discretion) be shipped back to Colors by Natalie at no additional cost to you.

3. refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

4. late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please know that we issue your refunds as soon as we receive the item and the refund is approved. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. canceling orders

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible after your order has been placed. There is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order and give you a full refund. If the order has been processed and/or shipped, there is nothing we can do to stop the order from moving forward and the customer must pay for the order. 

6. changing shipping info

If you have entered the wrong address, please email us at support@colorsbynatalie.art as soon as possible and we MIGHT be able to help you. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. 


We will not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes the orders according to the information input from the customer.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
