The Perfect Miracle, a /labor/ of love
Mother Mary. No epidural. No medication. A donkey. Her only support being Joseph. Likely on the ground surrounded by dirt and bugs. No plan of where she was going next. No idea what her baby's life would look like. Just herself, Joseph, natural labor, and trust in God's plan.
There's no greater example of feminine humility, trust, and grace than Mary's fiat. As I labored and contracted through bringing our 3rd baby into the world, I created this image. She kept my mind at peace and my heart on trusting her Son. She kept me humble as well as grace filled, and she gave me hope.
I'll cherish this image for the rest of my life and decided you should get to enjoy her too!
