In this abstract interpretation of the powerful encounter between Jesus and the Samaritan woman at the well, my goal in creating this painting was to capture the depth of their conversation as well as the transformative moment when Jesus offers the woman living water. The well itself is abstractly represented, symbolizing the deep well of Christ’s love and the never-ending source of spiritual nourishment He provides.
I pray that this painting serves as a reminder that, like the woman at the well, we are all called to encounter Christ and be transformed by His grace, finding renewal and peace in His presence and ever flowing water.
