Daughter of the King — 24x30x2" Original Painting
Fall 2026
I painted this one thinking about my daughters. But, if I’m being real, I think I painted it for me too.
I have spent a lot of my life trying to figure out who I am. Trying to find identity in different roles, different seasons, different versions of myself.
And the older I get, the more I realize there is no greater title I could ever carry than this one: Daughter of the King.
There is no safer place for me than under the reign of my Father.
Letting Him lead. Letting Him decide. Letting Him direct my steps. Letting His plan unfold instead of constantly trying to force my own.
Ironically enough, I’m learning that the more I surrender myself to Him, the more I actually find myself. And there’s something so incredibly freeing about not having to be the queen of your own life.
As women, we carry so many titles. Wife. Mother. Daughter. Friend. Business owner. Caregiver. Dreamer. A million different things.
But before all of them—and underneath all of them—is this one: Daughter of the King. The most prized title we could ever carry.
And He gives it freely.
I wanted this painting to feel like what that identity feels like to me—full of color and wonder and safety and joy. Sparkle. Whimsy. Peace. Awe. A life held inside the plans of a Father who loves us perfectly.
I painted this for the little girl who needs to grow up knowing who she belongs to. And for the grown woman who might need to remember:
You are His.
You are held.
You are a daughter of the most wonderful and loving King.
This original mixed-media painting is filled with soft pinks, lavender, blues, shimmering gold, and the sweetest little details. A castle, crowns, hearts, clouds, and the words “I am a daughter of the King” come together in a whimsical celebration of the beautiful truth that we are chosen, loved, and belong to God.
Created with expressive brushstrokes, layered texture, and touches of gold, this piece feels like a little glimpse into a kingdom of its own. It is a reminder that before we achieve anything, prove anything, or become anything, we are already beloved daughters of the King.
A meaningful addition to a girl’s bedroom, prayer corner, or any space where you want to be reminded of your identity in Christ. A beautiful gift for a daughter, granddaughter, goddaughter, or any woman growing in her Catholic faith.
This painting comes with a certificate of authenticity.
